Don’t get Your AdSense Account BANNED by Google

I’ve seen many bloggers, internet marketers, and other sites relying on AdSense commission complaining about Google banning them. Most of these bans have been associated with what google terms “click fraud”. Here are some tips to avoid this:

  • Do Not Use Autosurf Programs - Autosurf programs are the same programs many people use to get paid to surf the internet. Don’t participate in them. These programs will significantly increase the traffic to your site, however they don’t increase your clicks. The traffic is counted as fake and is against Google AdSense policies.

  • Traffic Exchange Networks - Most traffic/link exchange programs and networks are harmless. However, you should do some research before joining one. Be wary if you seen any hints towards increasing AdSense revenue or increasing AdSense clicks. Once again this is kind of a case by case basis. Traffic Exchange Networks are put in place to increase your traffic, which will undoubtedly increase AdSense clicks. The line is drawn when these networks are setup so you click on someone else’s ads and they click on yours. Also any traffic exchange networks that generate any artificial traffic to your site (similar to the Autosurf Programs) are prohibited by Google

  • AdSense Exchange Networks - This is simple – DO NOT JOIN THESE PROGRANS. These programs are very similar to traffic exchange networks but with one intention – increase the program members AdSense commission. This is a guaranteed way to get banned by Google.
